A pour-over coffee setup.

For this coffee, I highly recommend a pour-over method like a V60. Its clean profile really allows the bright, delicate floral and red currant notes to shine through. Use a slightly lower water temperature, around 92-94°C, to preserve its nuanced acidity.

While many of our Colombian coffees have a classic caramel and citrus profile, this Peruvian lot is much nuttier and fruit-forward. The plum and toasted walnut notes are very distinct. It has a creamier body, making it exceptionally comforting as a filter coffee but also complex enough to make a fascinating espresso.
